The Company's investment objective is to provide Shareholders with an attractive return on their investment predominantly through capital appreciation.

Investment Policy

The Company's investment policy is to invest only in unlisted companies whose operations at the time of the Company's initial investment are based principally in mainland China. Any variation to the Group's investment policy will only be made following the approval by ordinary resolution of the Shareholders in a general meeting.
